Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FootprintIQ, a software-as-a-service platform. you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FootprintIQ is a subscription-based SaaS platform that helps digital marketing agencies find local businesses with incomplete online presence and generate AI-powered outreach materials.

3. Trial Period and Billing

3-Day Paid Trial — NOT FREE

FootprintIQ offers a 3-day paid trial for $7.00 USD total. THIS IS NOT A FREE TRIAL. Your payment method will be charged $7.00 immediately upon signup.

After Your 3-Day Pass

The 3-Day Access Pass is a one-time $7 charge only. It does not automatically continue or convert into a subscription, and you will not be charged again unless you separately choose to subscribe to a monthly plan.

Founding Member Pricing

Users who subscribe during early access (first 50 users) lock their subscription price for life. This locked price applies even when we raise prices for new users.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@ftprintiq.com. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refund Policy

The $7 trial charge is refundable ONLY if our system returns zero search results during the trial period. This is verified automatically against our usage database. If any results were returned, the charge is non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FootprintIQ for:

✗Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
✗Scraping, copying, or reselling platform data
✗Sharing credentials outside your organization
✗Registering multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits
✗Violating any applicable law or regulation
✗Attempting to hack or reverse engineer the platform

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee any specific results from using AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that using FootprintIQ will result in any specific number of clients, revenue, or business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOOTPRINTIQ AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection venue rules, those local rules may override this clause and you may retain the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction regardless of what this section states.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FootprintIQ and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact legal@ftprintiq.com and we will delete it.
