1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FootprintIQ ("the Service"), operated by Vutrue, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users worldwide regardless of location.
By clicking "Start 3-Day Trial" or "Create Account" you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Description of Service
FootprintIQ is a subscription-based SaaS platform (Software as a Service) that helps digital marketing agencies and freelancers:
- →Find local businesses with incomplete online presence
- →Generate AI-powered pitch scripts and Loom video scripts
- →Generate personalized client proposals
- →Manage client leads through a pipeline CRM
- →Collaborate with team members on client acquisition
3. Eligibility
- →You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- →You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- →You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- →One person may not maintain more than one trial account
- →Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are prohibited
4. Trial Period and Billing
3-Day Paid Trial — NOT FREE
FootprintIQ offers a 3-day paid trial at $7.00 USD per day, totaling $21.00 USD. THIS IS NOT A FREE TRIAL. By starting your trial you explicitly authorize charges of $7.00 USD on each of the 3 trial days. Your payment method will be charged immediately upon signup.
Subscription After Trial
After the 3-day trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a recurring monthly subscription at the plan rate you selected. You will be charged on the same day each month.
Founding Member Pricing
Users who subscribe during the early access period (first 50 users) lock their current subscription price for the lifetime of their account. This locked price applies even when we raise prices for new users. Founding member status is non-transferable.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices for new users at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price change affects their account. Founding members are exempt from price increases.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time through your account settings at ftprintiq.com/dashboard/billing or by emailing support@ftprintiq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access continues until that date.
Refund Policy
All trial charges ($7/day) are non-refundable once each trial day has begun. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@ftprintiq.com within 7 calendar days.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry automatically up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected after 3 attempts, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved. You will receive email notifications for failed payments.
Taxes
Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT, GST, or sales tax. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. We will collect VAT for EU users as required by law.
5. Plan Limits and Fair Use
Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits. You agree to use the Service within your plan limits:

Exceeding limits is technically prevented by the platform. You may purchase additional search packs if you need more searches within a billing period.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use FootprintIQ for:
- ✗Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassment of any kind
- ✗Scraping, copying, redistributing, or reselling platform data or functionality
- ✗Sharing account credentials with users outside your registered organization
- ✗Creating fake businesses, fraudulent leads, or deceptive content
- ✗Violating any local, national, or international law or regulation
- ✗Infringing on intellectual property rights of any third party
- ✗Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security
- ✗Using the platform in any way that could harm other users or third parties
- ✗Registering multiple accounts to circumvent trial limitations
- ✗Using AI-generated content to deceive or defraud potential clients
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. AI-Generated Content
FootprintIQ uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate pitch scripts, Loom video scripts, and proposals. You acknowledge that:
- →AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or legally compliant
- →You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use
- →You are responsible for any outreach, communications, or contracts you send using our platform
- →We do not guarantee any specific results from using AI-generated content
- →AI content should be reviewed for accuracy before sending to potential clients
8. International Use and Compliance
FootprintIQ is available globally. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with laws in your jurisdiction.
Region-specific notes:
🇪🇺EU/EEA: We comply with GDPR. EU users have rights described in our Privacy Policy. VAT applies to EU subscriptions.
🇺🇸USA: California users have CCPA rights. We comply with CAN-SPAM for email communications.
🇧🇷Brazil: We comply with LGPD. Brazilian users have data rights as described in our Privacy Policy.
🇻🇳Vietnam: We comply with Vietnam's Cybersecurity Law 2018 and Personal Data Protection Decree.

9. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, branding, and content are owned by Vutrue and protected by international copyright law.
Content you create — leads, proposals, notes — remains your property. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the FootprintIQ platform without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important — Please Read Carefully
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that: the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; results obtained will be accurate or reliable; the quality of the Service will meet your expectations.
We do not guarantee that using FootprintIQ will result in any specific number of clients, revenue, or business results. Your results depend entirely on your own effort and execution.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vutrue shall not be liable for any:
- →Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- →Loss of profits or revenue
- →Loss of data or business opportunities
- →Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
- →Violate these Terms of Service
- →Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
- →Fail to pay subscription fees after repeated retries
- →Use the Service in a way that poses legal or reputational risk
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@ftprintiq.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at legal@ftprintiq.com to resolve any dispute informally.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding international arbitration under UNCITRAL rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The governing law is Vietnamese commercial law. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms
We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Minor changes may be made without notice. The current version is always available at ftprintiq.com/terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
